Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz attaches great importance to protection of your personal data. To this end, it has taken technical and organisational measures to ensure observation and compliance with  data protection regulations.

 

Legal Basis

Automatic Data Recording and Cookies

When accessing the portal, the following data is stored for security control purposes:

The website is hosted externally. The company receives the above-mentioned data as a commissioned processor. Data protection-compliant handling is ensured by means of a contract for commissioned processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Entry of Personal Data

The use of the online shop, the contact form and the newsletter function requires the entry of personal data (name, e-mail address) in order to be able to provide the requested services. The use of this data is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place on the basis of the consent until withdrawal.
